Schneider Electric has an amazing history dating back to 1836. In 2014, they reported revenues topping $24 billion. Swystun Communications was called in to assist one of their advertising agencies in reorganizing all of the company’s internal advertising and marketing resources. We performed an exhaustive audit resulting in a cost/benefit business case. The findings were benchmarked against the 4A’s report on internal advertising resources. Working with the Chief Marketing Officer, we advanced a series of recommendations that balanced efficiency and effectiveness.
